**** Anne Cox – Stage Review

by Torben Betts

Orange Tree and St James Theatre

“Ellie Jones not only directs with a nice eye for class nuance, but links the scenes with wild dances that hint at the character's inner lives.”

**** Michael Billington- Guardian

Tanzi Libre
by Clare Luckham
Southwark Playhouse

“Ellie Jones’s magnificently OTT production… as much spectacle as stage play…with great fight choreography, a DJ- augmented party atmosphere, plus the sheer WTF factor of the whole spectacle.

Andrzej Lukowski, Time Out

by Roald Dahl
Adapted by David Wood

Derby LIVE

“...simply glorious…. incredible transpositions of scale are achieved by virtuoso puppetry…. a clever and seamless juxtaposition of puppetry and actors…The young
audience squeal with delight.”

****Alfred Hickling, The Guardian

Strange Orchestra
by Rodney Ackland
Orange Tree Theatre

“ Ellie Jones directs this production
with maturity and panache, and the young actors all work with a skill and sense of
style quite rare in these estuary days.”

John Peter, The Sunday Times

Pandemonium: A Greek Mythadventure

by Jenifer Toksvig and David Perkins

Edinburgh Festival

“On the tight square acting area Ellie Jones’ production is a model of efficiency and inventiveness. The  actors dance, play musical instruments and change their costumes more often than supermodels at a Paris fashion show.”

Michael Coveney, The Daily Mail
